The owner of the online store WBLIFE.EE (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is OÜ NAVTREND (registry code 12686296), located at Harjumaa, Tallinn, Lootsi 11, 10151.
Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price for the delivery of goods can be added to the price. The amount of payment for the delivery of goods depends on the quantity of the goods purchased. The delivery charge is displayed when placing an order.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.
The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
The cost of delivery of the goods is borne by the buyer, the relevant information about the price for shipping is displayed when placing an order.
Departures within the city of Tallinn reach the destination specified by the buyer, usually within 1 working day from the date of entry into force of the contract of sale or by the time indicated by the buyer when placing the order.
Right of withdrawal
After the delivery of the order, the buyer is entitled to terminate the contract concluded in the online store. Relevant claims of the buyer on return and the desire to terminate the contract concluded in the online store are accepted only within the expiration date of the food product, which is mandatory installed on them.
The right to return is not applicable for products with expired shelf life, which is mandatory on the products.
The right to refund does not apply if a legal entity acts as a buyer.
In order to realize the right to return, the ordered goods should not be used in any way other than necessary to ensure the taste and freshness of the goods, just as it is permitted to test the goods in a regular store.
If the product was used for a purpose other than that necessary to ensure its taste and freshness, the online store has the right to reduce the amount of the returned payment in accordance with the reduction in the cost of the goods.
In order to return the goods, you should submit an application for refusal to purchase the goods, the form of which can be found here: the application for refusal, and send it to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the expiration date, which is mandatory on the product.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the goods to be returned do not correspond to the ordered goods (for example, the wrong product or the goods with expired shelf life).
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Internet store returns all costs incurred by the buyer under the contract immediately, but not later than after 14 days.
The online store may refuse to return payments until the goods that are the subject of the contract are received back, or until the buyer provides proof that the goods are sent back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has clearly chosen the delivery method and its cost, other than the cheapest method of delivery, the online store is not required to return to the consumer a cost that exceeds the cost of a standard method of delivery.
The online store has the right to cancel the purchase and sale transaction and demand from the buyer to return the product, if in the online store by mistake the price was significantly lower than the market price of the product.
Under the terms of the contract, the Internet store is responsible for the discrepancy between the goods sold to the buyer, existing at the time of its transfer or detected during the expiry date of the product. The refutation of the corresponding assumption is the responsibility of the online store.
If a discrepancy is found, the buyer has the right to apply to the online store no later than during the expiration date of the product by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
The online store is not responsible for any inconsistencies that arise after the transfer of the goods to the buyer.
If there are any discrepancies in the goods purchased in the Internet store for which the online store is responsible, the Internet store repairs or replaces the defective goods. If the goods can not be replaced, the Internet shop returns to the buyer all costs incurred under the purchase and sale agreement.
The online store responds to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a written form that can be reproduced within 3 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail, bank details) only when processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
The online store sends a newsletter or promotional offers to the buyer's email only if the buyer has expressed the desire by entering his email address on the site, and also informed about his desire to receive a direct mailing.
The buyer may at any time refuse to receive promotional offers and newsletters by informing about it in an e-mail or following the instructions given in an e-mail with promotional offers.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
